FORCE America has released new software now available for download. Included in this release is the much anticipated ReportCommand reporting software, new 5100 firmware version 2.5, new Datavator firmware version 2.3, and a new utility program called CalCommand.
ReportCommand, part of the new Data Commander Software Suite, and is a feature-rich Windows application that allows customers to generate customized reports on the winter fleets. This software can be downloaded along with a helpful installation document by selecting the links on the Product Support page at http://www.forceamerica.com.
CalCommand, a new utility that combines the features of ForceUtil and DatavatorUtil into one powerful tool. Comes with a built-in Help file manual putting answers to many of the most commonly asked questions at the customer's fingertips. Download it on the Product Support page under the link "CalCommand 1.0".
Datavator Firmware version 2.3 adds new data-handling capability to the Datavator Hand Held Data Retrieval Unit, making it compatible with the new DataCommander product. In addition, firmware versions 2.3 and up are designed to allow users to upgrade their Datavators on their own PC using the CalCommand utility. Download the new firmware on the Product Support page under Datavator Firmware "Firmware Version 2.3".
5100 Firmware version 2.5 adds new functionality to the industry-leading 5100 Spreader Control. Download it on the Product Support page under 5100 Firmware "Firmware Version 2.5". A few of the new features (since version 2.3) include:
- NEW Standard Data logging - a data logging method that takes 24-hour snapshots of spreader activity to create summary reports with ReportCommand
- NEW Force Advanced Event Logging - a new format for event logging compatible with the DataCommander product line.
- NEW Dust Control feature - An option upgrade key that allows wintertime Direct Liquid systems to be used for dust control applications.
- NEW Distance Measurement Mode - By calibrating the 5100 ground speed with a new distance feature, very high accuracy can be obtained, making the 5100 a useful distance measuring device.
