FORCE America's culture thrives on a set of business values based on respect, trust, honesty, integrity and commitment throughout every level of the organization. These values guide us through the daily management of our business, leading to continuous improvement in an open, decentralized environment, where responsibility and accountability are pushed to all levels of the organization. Our style is strong because we do place customers and associates first, while still performing under an action/results-oriented way of doing business, with the ultimate goal of increasing value to all.
Associates are encouraged to learn and practice the “FORCE America Style." This style is the result of combining educated, responsible associates, in an effort that constantly improves everything about FORCE America.
Our style of working and managing is best explained in our “Working Together Manual,” which is the "operator's manual" used by every FORCE America associate, from the president to Intern.
